This is why all our tours aim to experience a region in its entirety. Wander through the terrain and enjoy the vistas, admire the historical landmarks and UNESCO World Heritage sites, and see how culture and traditions thrive in the towns and villages you’ll visit.

From there, get to know the people and the way of life as you meet local farmers and producers, gathering the ingredients that will go into a lovingly made meal or learning about the craftsmanship behind everyday staples such as oil, cheese, and bread that define the way of life of the local people.
