Good morning! Your vacation at the Hotel Margherita begins under clear skies with a breathtaking sunrise over the sea. In order to offer you a balanced breakfast, the kitchen serves a variety of sweet and savory specialties, prepared exclusively from fresh and seasonal local products. The homemade lemon cake is a real treat for anyone who likes a sweet breakfast. After a delicious breakfast, you and Giacomo will go on a walk through the charming village of Praiano. Giacomo will show you the terraced gardens where the region's delicious produce is grown and introduce you to the local farmers. During the walk, you will collect some fresh herbs and fruit that will later be used in a cooking class. Get to know the flavours and scents of the region and enjoy walking through the picturesque paths of Praiano. Back at Hotel Margherita, you'll learn how to prepare traditional dishes from the region's freshly picked produce in the kitchen. Together, you will create a delicious lunch with various starters, colourful salads, fresh pasta, and delicious desserts. While Giacomo explains to you which wines and homemade liqueurs go best with each course, sit back and enjoy your meal. In the afternoon, you have free time to use the hotel's heated panoramic pool to relax and enjoy the view. In the evening, enjoy a dinner at a nearby restaurant with local products and typical dishes of the Amalfi Coast.

After an enjoyable breakfast, set off for Agerola, located on a high plateau between the Monti Lattari—the "Milk Mountains", which owe their name to the goats and cows that used to graze here and produce high quality milk. Agerola is still known today for its cheese specialties, especially the delicious mozzarella. From Agerola, you start your hike on the Sentiero degli Dei, or "Path of the Gods". This famous route follows ancient paths along the coast from Agerola to Nocelle and offers breathtaking views of the sea. According to legend, the Greek gods took this route to save Odysseus from the seductive sirens. And you'll actually feel like you've been transported back in time when you meet the locals carrying their freshly harvested produce from the surrounding terraced fields on mules. During the hike, enjoy a delicious picnic prepared by your guide Domenico and admire the beautiful views. The Hotel Margherita is located directly on the "Path of the Gods", so the hike leads directly back to your hotel. Take a break to enjoy the pool with its sea view. In the evening, the hotel kitchen awaits you with delicious dishes, such as squid stuffed with potatoes and provola cheese on pumpkin cream.

The romantic alleys in the historic centre invite you to take a leisurely stroll. During your visit to Ravello, you will visit a cheese factory and take part in an exciting course where you will learn the secrets of the traditional production of the famous mozzarella from Campania. After the work is done, you will have a chance to taste it. Continue on to the magnificent Villa Rufolo, where you can enjoy the view over the coast amidst the beautiful gardens. You will visit a young couple, Margherita and Vincenzo, who live in Ravello and produce a special olive oil. They will show you their well-tended olive grove and explain the nuances between various oils. Can you taste the difference? Well oiled, you will head near Scala, where you will undertake a beautiful hike through the Valle delle Ferriere towards Amalfi. For lunch, your tour guide Domenico will prepare a delicious picnic for you in the middle of nature. Once you arrive in Amalfi, you have the opportunity to independently explore the charming town that gives the coast its name and dine wherever you'd like. After breakfast, a journey into the hinterland of the breathtaking Amalfi Coast awaits you. The bus takes you through the picturesque mountains to Tramonti, where Raffaela and her family welcome you to their idyllic agriturismo. Raffaela leads you through her large garden where fragrant fruits, vegetables, and herbs grow. She will also show you her animals, including chickens, pigs, and goats. The passionate hostess will explain to you which fruits and vegetables are currently in season and which recipes she prepares with her freshly harvested food. Together with Raffaela, you will make fresh pasta and then enjoy it as a delicious lunch. The scent of fresh herbs and the fresh air of the mountain region make for an unforgettable culinary experience. After a relaxing walk in the countryside, visit Cantina Tagliaferro, a wine cellar where you can taste various wines made from grape varieties such as Tintore and Piedirosso. An experienced wine connoisseur will accompany you and explain what makes the wines of the Amalfi Coast so unique. In the evening, return to your hotel and look forward to a cozy get-together in the piazza with an authentic Neapolitan pizza prepared according to a traditional recipe. Enjoy the warm atmosphere of the Italian lifestyle and end the day in good company.

Today, expect an unforgettable hike on the Sentiero dei Limoni, the lemon path. Take the bus to Minori, a picturesque harbour town where the path starts. Here, you have some time to stroll through the winding streets and visit the colourful market before climbing the hill behind the piazza. Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view over the valley and the sparkling sea. The scent of blooming lemon groves fills your senses and accompanies you along the way. The famous Amalfi lemon grown here is a true delicacy and can be harvested several times a year. It is protected from the rain by nets and thus develops its unique aroma. During the hike, you will meet Michele, who will enthusiastically guide you through his lemon garden and explain to you what makes this lemon so special. Taste the refreshing fruit in different forms and find out which one you like best. In the middle of this beautiful landscape, you will enjoy a delicious picnic that your tour guide Domenico has lovingly prepared. Strengthened, continue along the path, full of new, breathtaking views. Back at the hotel, a festive farewell dinner awaits you in the cozy M'ama restaurant, where you can look back on an eventful week together and reminisce about the things you experienced.
